Construction time of modular homes will usually take 1.5-3 months, depending on the specification and size of the prefab home. Clients receive a ten year structural warranty and a six month defect period. Fleetwood offers a customised requirements and an executive range, as well as standard range. Once customers begin the design process they will choose the coverings and colours they wish to have in home and the professional sales team will ensure these requirements are included in the quote.
